Just unveiled from Sony, it’s the LittleBigPlanet 2 Special Edition and a PlayStation Move Bundle coming out on the same day in North America.
No longer just Internet hearsay folks, yesterday’s rumors of a possible special edition for Media Molecules’ LittleBigPlanet 2 are true, and pinpointing a November 15th launch just in time for the big holiday buying season, potential shoppers will be getting more of those lovable tiny-knitted tikes, the Sackfolk, with lots of sweet bonus content and features, including PlayStation Move support, straight out of the box! Uh… disk, I mean. The PlayStation Blog describes the amount of add-ins in this special edition as a plus $35 value, which is fantastic!
So, here’s what you get in the LittleBigPlanet 2 Special Edition — roll the bullet-points!

- LittleBigPlanet 2 Move Pack: Rise of the Cakeling: A whole new adventure in which a rogue cake threatens doom and destruction, and you Sackfolk must once again attempt to restore peace to Craftworld, featuring 5 new levels + 7 mini-levels, and tons of goodies. No price has been set for either of these products, but one could guess (and hope) the game alone might retail for $59.99US, and the bundle, $149.99US, if previous Resistance 3 PS Move Bundles are any indication.
