New PSP 2 Rumor

If rumors are true, we may soon see a PSP 2. That is right, the next version of the ultimate Playstation Portable console may soon be announced and it has already got gamers all jelly kneed. PSP is after all an amazing system that does almost everything a gaming fan can dream of, all in the comfort and convenience of being extremely portable.

PSP’s updates and later versions have seen few changes and with changing times, it may perhaps become necessary for Sony to bring a completely new version of the product. Apparently, the PSP 2 is still in the lab and is expected to come with a widescreen multi-touch technology. Other rumored features include Bluetooth support, internal HDD, GPS, game vibration capabilities and others.

PSP’s design is excellent and PSP 2′s design perhaps must not change, unless it is significantly ergonomic in nature. In fact, PSP 2 could very well turn out to be a social networking device for gamers and that definitely is a plus point in the Web 2.0 era. PSP fans and even gamers using other consoles would definitely be interested to know what the outcome of this rumor is going to be.

The euphoric rumor of DJ Tiesto on DJ Hero for the PS3 has been confirmed as a No Go!

All your PS3 Fans and DJ Tiesto fans who have been looking forward to the infamous DJ’s appearance on the upcoming title are being brought down hard. As difficult as it is to believe that such a great combination of ideas will not be going forward, it was never confirmed in the first place but just rumored.

Who knows, maybe now that they have debunked the rumor, maybe DJ Tiesto will get some fan mail begging him to consider and make the step towards DJ and Gaming fans.

DJ Tiesto on DJ Hero for PS3

Whether you listen to his music, you must have heard of DJ Tiesto. Well, this infamous DJ is supposed to provide the tracks and music for the rumored DJ Hero for the PS3.

With all the Guitar Hero, Rock Band and additional musical bands joining the scene, this DJ Hero is highly feasible. Based on circulating emails and newsletters, this rumored PS3 Game is scheduled for the Summer of 2009 and will include tracks provided by DJ Tiesto himself. It goes on to say that Tiesto’s tracks will consist of current tracks including some composed for the game.

The DJ himself is very excited about this collaboration, and had to say the following within the circulation:

I am very excited about this! I think this is a great way to introduce people into Djing. Maybe they realize it’s not as easy as they think. I am sure this brings new fans to the scene, dance music is not far from hip-hop for example. Hopefully the music I have composed appeals to all kinds of fans!

These are wonderful future PS3 news that really brings something new to the table, such as a PS3 DJ Turntable perhaps?

After that, we would just need to wait for the Beatles Video Game.
