The PlayStation Sharp Shooter is a new accessory for the PlayStation Move, Sony’s pin-point accurate motion controller, very much in the fashion of the regular shooting attachment. Although the Sharp Shooter is much more military looking, almost in the shape of an automatic rifle you might see in your typical shooting games – Sony’s Killzone 3 or Namco-Bandai’s Time Crisis: Razing Storm (both games which are also compatible with the Sharp Shooter.)

The Sharp Shooter features realistic pump-action, a responsive digital trigger, a reload button, an adjustable shoulder stock, and simply houses both the PlayStation Move motion controller and navigation controller. If you’ve yet to get your fingers on this awesome PlayStation Move accessory (or the PlayStation Move itself,) on April 19 – along side the launch of SOCOM 4 – Sony is giving customers a chance to score both in a highly attractive bundle.

Called the SOCOM 4: U.S. Navy SEALs Full Deployment Edition, the bundle will feature in one very big rectangular box:

• SOCOM 4: U.S. Navy SEALs video game on Blu-ray disc
• PlayStation Move Motion Controller
• PlayStation Move Navigation Controller
• PlayStation Move sharp shooter
• PlayStation Eye Camera

Buying every part to this bundle would cost you over $200, but in this convenient package it’s yours for a sweet $149.99. Plus you also get SOCOM 4, which is shaping up to be a stellar tactical shooter, where players can lead a special-forces squad to achieve mission objectives either offline with A.I. assistance or online with the help of friend.

Both SOCOM4 and the Full Deployment Edition will be available April 19th, but available now to PlayStation Plus subscribers is a cloud-based game saving service once you download the latest PlayStation 3 firmware update. If you haven’t already downloaded the next firmware, as always you’ll have to download it first anyway if you want to play Yakuza 4 and it’s free DLC.
