PC gamers have had the joy of having the better deals in gaming for the last few years, but now the PlayStation Store is willing to give them serious competition thanks to “13 for ’13″.

Let’s get those wallets hurtin’: if you were looking for some great games to start off 2013, Sony has got your back. The “13 for ’13″ program offers some of the heaviest discounts we’ve seen on the Playstation Store in a while in some quality titles that are sure to keep you entertained for hours. And if you add to that the further discount and freebies from PS+, we’re looking at some of the absolute best deals this season. This time around, Sony is offering:

Again, this is on top of the regular PS+ freebies (which this week around is Foosball 2012, for both the PS Vita and PS3). These stellar discounts are supposed to last for a week (until next Tuesday), and will be sure to provide a few hours of entertainment. We’d like to recommend especially Psychonauts, Machinarium and the HD remaster of the original Ratchet and Clank, our personal favorites.
